How Verification Works
Scan or Enter
Scan the QR code on the technician's certificate, or enter the certificate number manually at ncfet.com/verify.
Instant Lookup
NCFET™ checks the credential against the live database and returns the technician's verified record in real time.
Confirm Status
View the technician's name, credential level, current status (Active, Expired, Suspended, or Revoked), and expiration date.
What Verification Confirms
NCFET™ credential verification confirms the following about a technician's NCFET™ certification status:
Credential Status
Active, Expired, Suspended, or Revoked — reflecting the current real-time state of the credential.
Expiration Date
NCFET™ credentials expire after 24 months. Verification shows the exact expiration date.
Important Limitation
Verification confirms NCFET™ credential status only. It does not confirm insurance, bonding, licensing, or manufacturer authorization.
Certificate Number
Each credential has a unique identifier in the format NCFET-[STATE]-[YEAR]-[LEVEL]-[ID] that ties to the public record.
