Important Exam Environment Rules

  • • The final certification exam opens in its own dedicated browser window.
  • • You may not use the browser back button during the exam. Doing so will be detected and may result in an automatic failure.
  • • You may not have any other browser windows or tabs open while the exam is in progress. Our system monitors for window/tab switches.
  • • Closing the exam window before submitting, or navigating away from it, may result in your attempt being forfeited.
  • • Ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting. Lost connection mid-exam may count as an attempt.
  • • The exam must be taken in one sitting. There is no pause or save feature.
