Trademark Usage Guidelines

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · NCFET™

1. Overview

NCFET™ and related names, logos, shields, badges, credential designs, and visual marks are proprietary marks of Level 10 Investments LLC, the Program Owner of NCFET. The NCFET certification program is administered by Fix Fitness LLC under authorization from Level 10 Investments LLC. These guidelines govern how these marks may be used by credential holders, employers, partners, schools, and the public.

Using any NCFET™ mark in a manner inconsistent with these guidelines — or without authorization — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

  • Currently certified NCFET™ technicians with an active, non-expired credential.
  • Authorized employer or partner organizations displaying credentials for verified employees.

Badge use requirements:

  • Display badges in unaltered form only — no color changes, crops, additions, or modifications.
  • Badge must display the technician's certification level, credential ID, and expiration date.
  • Badge must link to or reference the public verification page at ncfet.com/verify.
  • Expired, suspended, or revoked credentials must not display the active badge.

5. Logo and Shield Use

The NCFET™ shield/logo may only be used:

  • By NCFET™ itself in official materials.
  • By authorized partners with written permission from NCFET™.
  • In editorial/news coverage in connection with truthful factual reporting.

The logo may not be used in any manner that suggests a false endorsement, government affiliation, manufacturer approval, or organizational partnership that does not exist.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from NCFET™:

  • Using NCFET™ marks in a competing credentialing, training, or verification product or service.
  • Registering domain names, social media handles, or app store listings that include NCFET™ or confusingly similar marks.

  • Modifying, combining, or creating derivative works from any NCFET™ mark.
