National Certified Fitness Equipment Technician ("NCFET") provides education, testing, credential verification, and technician certification records for the fitness equipment service industry.

Scope of Certification

NCFET credentials exclusively verify completion of applicable education and testing requirements offered under the NCFET program content contained within this site only. NCFET certification is an independently offered credential and makes no claims or guarantees beyond the scope described in the Terms of Service.

NCFET certification confirms only that the listed technician has completed the applicable NCFET education, testing, and credential requirements for the certification level shown in the NCFET verification database.

NCFET is not a government-endorsed program, government license, contractor license, electrical license, engineering license, special manufacturer repair authorization, warranty authorization, or guarantee of employment or workmanship. NCFET certification does not authorize a technician to perform warranty work for any specific manufacturer unless that manufacturer has separately and expressly provided such authorization in writing.

NCFET does not guarantee, warrant, supervise, control, or assume responsibility for any technician's independent work, field service, repair decisions, installations, maintenance work, customer communications, pricing, business practices, safety practices, or jobsite conduct.

Any customer, employer, facility, manufacturer, or third party relying on a technician's NCFET credential is responsible for independently determining whether that technician is qualified, insured, licensed, authorized, and suitable for the specific work being performed. Credential status must be verified through the official NCFET database at NCFET.com/verify.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCFET, Fix Fitness LLC, Level 10 Investments LLC, their owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for claims, damages, losses, injuries, equipment damage, business interruption, lost profits, or other harm arising from or related to work performed by any certified technician, student, contractor, employer, service company, or third party.

Unauthorized copying, scraping, cloning, framing, or redistribution of any NCFET content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
