Refund & Enrollment Policy
You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, as long as no course content has been accessed or started. Once any course content is started — or once 72 hours have passed — your fee is non-refundable. For bundles, starting the first course means no individual refunds are offered, because all course content becomes available. You will acknowledge this policy before completing your enrollment.
Important Certification Disclaimer
Credential issuance is not automatic upon purchase. Credentials are issued only after all applicable requirements — coursework, exams, practical assessments, and verified hours — have been successfully completed and validated by NCFET. Payment of a course fee does not guarantee certification.
