Certification Enrollment Refunds
After payment for any course, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of the time of purchase, provided that none of the course content has been accessed or started — no chapter, lesson, or quiz has been opened, and no exam attempt has been initiated.
Once any course content has been accessed or started, or once the 72-hour window has elapsed, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
Bundle & Package Purchases
Bundles and packages are sold as a single discounted purchase that unlocks multiple courses at once. The 72-hour refund window above also applies to a bundle, but only while no course content within the bundle has been accessed or started.
Once the first course in a bundle has been started, no individual refunds will be offered for any course within that bundle. Because all of the bundle's course content becomes available upon enrollment, bundles cannot be partially refunded after any content has been accessed.
Digital Certificate
The digital certificate and public verification record are included with certification at no additional charge. There is no separate refund applicable to the digital certificate.
Paper Certificate Orders
- Before printing: Paper certificate orders may be canceled and refunded if production has not yet begun.
- After printing: Orders that have been printed are not refundable.
- After shipping: Shipped orders are not refundable. If your certificate arrives damaged, contact support within 10 days for a replacement at no charge.
- Expedited shipping fees: Not refundable once the order has been shipped.
Renewal Fees
Renewal exam fees are non-refundable once the exam has been accessed. If a renewal payment was processed but the exam was not accessed, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days.
How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request at NCFET.com/support or email support@ncfet.com. Include your name, email, order reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting NCFET support may result in immediate account suspension. NCFET will provide transaction records and enrollment proof to payment processors to contest unauthorized chargebacks.
