Technician Release, Responsibility & Indemnification Agreement

Effective: 2026 · Level 10 Investments LLC

By enrolling in, participating in, testing for, receiving, renewing, displaying, or using any NCFET credential, I understand and agree that NCFET provides education, testing, certification administration, and credential verification only.

I understand that NCFET does not guarantee my work, supervise my field service activities, control my business practices, provide legal licensing, provide manufacturer authorization, provide insurance, or assume responsibility for any work I perform.

I am solely responsible for determining whether I am legally permitted, properly trained, properly insured, properly licensed, manufacturer-authorized, and qualified to perform any inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, assembly, diagnostic, electrical, mechanical, or customer service work.

I agree that I will not represent my NCFET credential as a government license, contractor license, electrical license, engineering license, manufacturer certification, warranty authorization, employment relationship, franchise relationship, agency relationship, or guarantee of customer results unless NCFET has provided that authorization in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless NCFET, Fix Fitness LLC, Level 10 Investments LLC, their owners, officers, members, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, injuries, equipment damage, customer disputes, business losses, legal claims, or other liability arising from or related to work I perform, services I advertise, services I sell, jobs I accept, customers I serve, or representations I make.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NCFET, Fix Fitness LLC, Level 10 Investments LLC, and their related parties from any claim, demand, lawsuit, loss, damage, cost, attorney fee, or expense arising out of or related to my work, conduct, advertising, misuse of credentials, unauthorized claims, negligence, violation of law, customer disputes, property damage, injury, or failure to comply with applicable requirements.

I understand that NCFET may suspend, revoke, limit, or decline to renew my credential if I misuse the credential, make unauthorized claims, falsify information, violate NCFET policies, violate customer trust, fail to meet renewal requirements, or engage in conduct that may harm the credibility of the NCFET program.
