CET-2 focuses on advanced technical analysis: DC motor testing, controller architecture, PWM and closed-loop control, signal tracing, oscilloscope and component testing, complex treadmill fault trees, console communication, advanced cardio and strength systems, connected fitness, calibration, performance validation, fleet management, parts, and warranty operations.

What you'll learn
- Test DC motors and analyze motor failure modes, controller architecture, and closed-loop speed regulation
- Trace signals and evaluate power supplies, voltage regulation, diodes, MOSFETs, and capacitors
- Use fault trees to isolate intermittent, load-dependent, console, and communication failures
- Calibrate speed, incline, and resistance; validate performance; and manage fleet, parts, warranty, and PM operations
Certification Requirements
- 1.Complete all online coursework — video modules and interactive quizzes.
- 2.Pass the final knowledge exam with a score of 80% or higher.
- 3.Submit a video of a treadmill routine service call inspection and maintenance, or pass a proctored practical assessment.
- 4.Must have logged a total of 20 hours of cumulative online course education and/or combined with employer verified field work experience.
